Good design for boys or girls?

Ever wonder whether there are any specialty design fitted diapers for girls and boys? For example, as for boys the front part will be more absorbent. Maybe adjustable inner soaker will be one of them, such as the Baby Beehind fited diaper.

Any recommendation as would love to know more about this type of fitted diaper if you came across before.
