Anyone found that the washing machine stop spinning at the last cycle of rinse when you wash a big load of nappies? I mean inclusive of 6-8 fitted diapers, 4-5 PUL pocket diapers, 10-15 or more of microfiber + hemp + cotton + bamboo inserts at one go?
I'm worry is it because of the weight from the load (imagine when the CDs are full of water, especially I'm having those very thirsty fitted diapers) or the washing machine already malfunction? I'm using a fron loader but I think probably is the second reason...

never happened to me, most likely a malfunction
Yes, it happened to my top loading machine sometimes. Mostly because the load was not balanced. It happened to me if I washed mostly small but heavy/absorbent items (such as modern CD, small rugs/towels, kitchen rugs) but the water level was set too high. When the machine stopped spinning and I opened the lid, the laundry items not distributed evenly around the machine tub, only on one half of the tub and leaving other half empty. This problem could be fixed only by adding 3-4 large but not so absorbent items such as lampins, and then set the machine to add water and rinsed again.
Sometimes, it was also because the load was too big/overload. In this case, the machine usually made strange noises before stop working at all. So I just open the lid and ease the load by removing several items.
By the way, I know it is late already, but I wish you and your family a Happy Chinese New Year :)
lotus: I guess it is so...
dewihong: Happy Chinese New Year to you too although it's already overed... thanks for your wishes too! Wow... thanks for sharing your experience, seems like anything is possible to happen. Maybe my case could be malfunction or I suspect the WM is not design to handle too heavy wash load... as MIL told me the existing WM that we are using is the most gentle type among all.
