We all knew that but this is also what my dd told me! Since she was infected with virus and had quite a number of explosive diarrhea, paed also advised to use disposable diapers as the running poo may contains germs that is contractable to people who deal with the diapers laundry.
Therefore, I had to temporarily switched to disposable for this matter. We were in the hospital and suddenly my dd turned to me and pointed to her buttock and told me it's hot hot inside! Well, guess this is the difference between a cloth baby and a sposies baby...

getting this sort of "confirmation" is waaay better than reading the facts :). thanks!
that's right... it's good to know how our little one feel once they start to communicate with us!
This is an excellent input.
I still got plenty of emails regarding will it be hot or will baby feel heavier in cloth rather than dispo.
And the other question is:
will baby be comfortable in cloth diaper? disposable seems much more trimmer and comfy!
But seems like baby choose cloths!
thanks En-En! :-)
Yes! Definitely hot. My baby of 18 months will keep touching his bum (cannot express his feelings adequately yet but sure knows what he meant) when he's on them.
As for CD durin diarrhea... I think it's ok as long as you wash and disinfect ASAP... worked with me.
hhhmmm.... My Darrius still don't know how to differentiate...
sandra: yeah... bulkiness is also another concern for parent suh as myself but right now they are trimmer cloth diapers available and i think this shouldn't be any problem.
jess: I hope I can disinfect on my own but since I still work, it's better to leave the choice for caregiver - my dear PIL. :)
alice: darrius is still new to cloth so not yet so fast can differentiate?
i think your dd is so used to cloth and disposable is sure a no no..smart kid..
